When a phone works as it was designed to, we then just have little to discuss except to help new members on tips.

LOL. True. Too bad the 9900 is about the size of a brick and UGLY. Otherwise - once it's opened, it's a great phone.

What makes the 9900 ugly? 😕 I think it is very nice looking and very business like. I can see that kids may want something more wild but this is not a phone for kids.
The size seems to be good and is a little smaller than some of the other new phones like the Koi KX2, Moto 710, LG 7000, and LG 8000. For a mans hand it fits nicely but ladies may like a smaller phone with less features.
If not the 9900, what phone meets all your needs? 🙄 This ought to be interesting! 🤣

Not sure how long you've been with Verizon, but they have a horrendous selection of phones. You shouldn't be suprised when a VZW customer says they aren't happy with a phone.
This phone is great overall. I'm happy with it - until the next Moto comes out. 🙂 Now they make sleek looking, BUSINESS proper phones. This Audi has zero style to it - until it is opened. That internal screen rules all. Too bad Moto can't get it right, otherwise i'd stick with them.
