CDM-9900 VS. LG VX 8000

Alright Flat out, I need to know which phone i should get... should I get the cdm 9900 (the phone I always wanted to get until i saw the VX-8000 NOT vx 7000, the coming soon VX-8000, check it out under reviews.)... it should be coming out January 14-15th, but i know theres people out there that already have the VX-8000 so help me out!!!!

YEAH I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING... i should wait and get the new technology on the VX-8000, but looking at the CDM-9900 screen and picture taking ability i dont think no phone can come close to it!!
and u never know the new LG Vx-8000 could be a piece of garbage just like the Motorola V-710...

Actually i blame "us" the consumers for the crappy v710. That was the most hyped phone i have ever seen. A phone in such high demand forces Motorola and VZW to bring out the phone as fast as possible. And actually the phone came out pretty quick. It was mentioned in late spring and came out in the summer. Now you get this phone and sh*t you'll die waiting for it. The 9900 was mentioned back in December of 03' and came out 2-3 months ago. I wasnt planning on getting this phone cause Rumor was it got cancelled. About 2 weeks later after the rumor the phone came out and was a hit.
The LG 8000 should have the same screen as 9900. The camera is a megapixel "CCD". Which is the same type of picture quality that a digi-cam has. It also provides 1x...

I tend to agree with xXx69. I have my 9900 for over a month & traveled many places with this phone for my work without any problem. Remember the VX6100? It has good reviews too, but keep in mind, most people post their review shortly after they got the phone before they discover all the bugs. I too had the 6100 for a month, but couldn't stand the many bugs & sold it on ebay. I think one thing you should keep in mind, what do you really need a phone for? If you want a good camera, I suggest buying a good digital camera, Sony has a credit card size camera (forgot the model) with great resolution for about $500. Also, if you can't hold a good signal, how are you going to surf the net??? The 9900 is a tri-mode phone, meaning if all else fail, an...
