Next Generation??
Now that the 9900 is dead and buried, does anyone know if a newer one is coming out? If so, what is the model #, and would Verizon get this phone? 🙂

With so many threads dedicated to the ongoing debate as to whether Toshiba is really quitting making cell phones, whether Audiovox has discontinued the 9900, if Verizon really intends to continue offering it as an option, and everyone seems to have an expert answer that should settle the issue one way or the other, only to find someone else has a different opinion, with good, sound, reasoning to back up their opinion, it's good to see that someone finally took the initiative upon themselves to settle this issue once and for all and decisively announce that the 9900 is dead and buried. Why didn't someone think of this approach earlier? It would of saved a lot of time giving differing opinions about these topics.
