Where do these people come from?
😲 can't believe some of the reviews I have read...if the phone was as bad as I've read I wouldn't own one...I rated it a 5 because it's a very good phone and a lot of other people rated it high 🙂 ...it's certainly the best phone on the market for the price and the reviews are better than the V710 & LG VX7000 so that should tell people something 😉 ...CDM-9900 is an awesome phone and yes it does have some short comings but most things do including us 😁 ...

I agree. While there are features I would change the overall package and price made it a worthwhile purchase for me. I paid the promotional full retail price of $149.

I purchased the 9900 based on my positive experience with it's predecessor the 9500. There were things I like more in the 9500, that differ in the 9900, but to really do a honest bottoms up evaluation takes a while. One has to delve into the owner's manual and exploit all the features to know what you have. Granted most people can't use all the features, for the purposes of honestly and accurately rating the phone, you should at least know what's there and how to use it.
