From reading the negative user reviews, and this applies to all the cell phone reviews I've read...not just the 9900; I noticed that people (not everyone) are giving a low review because of features that aren't there...why even bother buying the phone knowing full well you're only going to complain about what's NOT there to begin with?? Ugh... 🙄 I don't mean to gripe...but am I the only one that finds this to be irksome?

There are a lot of negative reviews that I ignore because they relate to features that I don't use. Some of the negative reviews make me chuckle. What exactly do some people expect? No cell phone is perfect.

I agree, when generating these reviews, one is critiquing a phone, and is not part of a design review for future products. 🤣

Oh my goodness...just had to bring this up again after reading the latest review. Whoever wrote that seriously needs to get to know the phone better before writing something so ridiculous 😳

Just to clarify, the "back" button is the CLR button...how hard is that to figure out? Seriously now. And you should know that the speakerphone is on the back when you buy it! If you want a speakerphone that's on the front, then get a different phone altogether...

My $0.02 😕

I agree hole heartedly!!! 🤣 Plus a lot of "problems' could be solved if the user would just read the manual!!! 🤭

I agree 100% with you, Learn how to use the phone, a very simple phone to use. Anyways I don't want to master a phone in a few days, you have two years for that........

The speakerphone on my 9900 seems to work fine from all angles. I have held it with the screen facing me, facing away or on side angles and I can hear, and be heard, loud and clear. I purchased a second belt clip, and rigged it onto he dash of my car, and clip the open phone onto it while driving and yack away. People I'm talking to say they hear every word perfectly and I can hear them perfectly. Speakerphone location on the 9900 is not a problem. 😎

I have had the same experience. No matter who I ask everyone says they can't tell I'm on a speaker phone. I have even put the phone screen up speaker down in the cupholder of my car.
