Verizon just appologized for it's misprint in the " worry free guarantee" They changed the wording to as follows......

Your problem doesn't become our problem the first time you call"

That is part of our worry guarantee

The reason for this is, they took out the "FREE" cause they felt that they were giving away the 9900 practically free and they realized just how much the lost.
