Help with Vox headset

Hey a friend of mine just bought the vox9900 and he does not have a login for howardforums so I am asking this for him. He said that when he uses his headset that he has to leave the phone open or it will hang up on him when he closes it. He wants to know if there is a way to close it while talking on the headset.:confused:

Your friend's handsfree headset should work perfectly when he makes the call with the flip open. As soon as the call connects, he can close the flip and continue his conversation.
