The iSync page should give a vague description of what is compatible but the only non PDA device for Sprint is the SE T608. I have this phone and it is recognized by isync, supported by the built in Sprint mobile drivers, etc, but it is a terrible device. There are so many flaws that were known issues when this phone was shipped I'd be suprised if Sprint ever tries EricsSony again. Working with iSync may get better with 10.4 but for now you should try BitPim. It supports a short list of CDMA only phones and most every 2.5g Sanyo I believe.
With BitPim you'll have to create a new group for the contacts you want on your phone and export the vcard or just export individual vcards. Then BitPim can use that vcard, outlook, and Lotus I think, to import data that can be manipulated for your phone's address book. You can also change a handset's calendar/wallpapers/ringers/blahblahblah. Not as simple as iSync but very capable.
