Where do I start? Smile

Lets start from top to bottom.

When I used 3gupload, it was free for me, but not they have changed their ways. They kinda force you to get a locker now. Anyways. I would just click on send to phone link on each screensaver, but remember, some of them on there are too big for the phone, so you have to just try and try. Then you would go to your locker via your phone, then DL it from there. As for the login error, I haven't had any, but I haven't donated as of yet, so I don't have my own locker. But I could login into the site though.

Wellz as for customer service, like any other provider, the more you have to deal with them the worst your experience is going to be. There are some good CSR, but some of them have no idea what they are talking about.

As far as service goes. I use to have ATT also, I thought their customer service was one of the best, not til I wanted to cancel, they started being rude to me. What can you say. I'm glad I'm with Sprint now, eventhough its a tade more expensive, its well worth it. Plus I got into Sprint at a good time then they had the $100 plan which included lots of stuff for free, oh how things have changed now. Anyways. I got signals inside buildings, something I never had with any of my GSM phones with ATT. I had their digital service as well, low bars..but it didn't have anything else but just phone calls. I haven't tried Verizon yet, but I heard good and bad things bout them. So who knows. I think you should stick with Sprint though. I had it for over a year now and signal strength is awesome, especially with the phone we have, well with any Sanyo phones =) I had signals and reception in places here I didn't get them on the ATT network. I have the FREE America plan, so I get extented service area and no roaming. Sprint got a really big area too, really close to Verizon if not bypassing them. Remember, Verizon runs on TDMA tech, while Sprint runs on CDMA. Both good, but CDMA got some advantages, like 3G =) I can't really tell you to not use Verizon, just go with whatever suits you more. You have 14 days with Sprint to try it with a full refund, so enjoy it for the next few days. To me, its a keeper, the phone and the service. Sanyo phones are the best I've ever used, and I'm a phone freak, had at least 7-8 phones already. As for quality of sound, from articles that I've read in the past, they said that GSM provides a better voice clarity then CDMA, but heck, I hear my other person on the other end fine. Its clear enough, I think the differences in voice quality is within the technology, so I guess do a little research on that. Other then then, "your welcome" I come here every now and then, to check when Sanyo will come out with the next best thing, hopefully a megapixal cam phone. Now only if Sprint could someday do video phones calls, that would be total sick =) Good luck, peace.
