"Get It Now" is actually a very easy program to use once you get the hang of it. First thing you should know is that Verizon makes it difficult to download ringtones from other sites/people. They want you to use GIN.
First you will want to check the link I gave you. This link should take you to your phone and tone programs available for your phone:

Of the choices of programs for your phone, I would choose Def Jam Beatz, ModTones, or Sony Music Box.
The way GIN works is that you choose a program from the list on your phone once you have accessed GIN. Once the program is downloaded and you agree to be charged for the tone (program), the program is on your phone and it will tell you how many credits you have remaining. Once the program is on your phone, the program will stay there until you delete it. This is good because you can periodically check to see if any new tones have come out. Just be adavised that when you use GIN it does use your minutes. So if I were you I would look at GIN at night or on the weekends.
There are a couple of sites that may allow you to download ringtones to your phone. Be advised, Verizon will charge you the cost of a picture message ($0.25) and you have to have an account with vtext.com (Verizon text messaging site).
