i just got this phone and i was wondering, every time i try to get on the mobile web it says that the security key is not enabled and prompts me to enable it and every time it trys to it says security key not recognized..Any idea why i cant get on....thanks

You need to call Verizon and activate the mobile (internet) access. Of course, you have to pay for them.
