I hope you were able to unlock your phone but it is important for you to know that ATT customer care reps do not have unlock codes for anybody, whether you are leaving or not, Technical assistance, supervisors, call centre managers, no one has these codes to privde. It is also stated in the terms and conditions of ATT serivce that ATTWS phones are for ATTWS only and they will not provide unlock codes at all.
