Can someone please help ASAP! I need to know whether or not you can send and receive picture messages on this phone I've been to 4 sites and I'm at a tie..2 say yes and 2 say no...Please help!

depends on the model of the phone, on the ATT version you CANNOT, on the cingular version (x427M) you can (although it has no camera)
