I'm looking for first generation Star Trek communicator sounds to poke into this flip phone. The antenna tweep for the flip and the communicator beep for the ring.

If I wanted to create my own, what file format does this phone use?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I'm looking in to buying a phone through cingular and have narrowed it down to three and was hoping someone had some input on them. First there's the Samsung x427 (I'm a big fan of the small size). Then the Motorola v400 which I like b/c of the speakerphone and external caller ID (camera isnt really too important). Then I also like the Samsung P107, but it doesnt have the speakerphone. After rebates through Best Buy right now each phone is free except for $30 for the P107. I really like smaller phones thats why the x427 appeals to me so much, but external caller ID is also important and a speakerphone is always nice. If anyone has any info on any of these phones, or has a preference between the three it would be real helpful.

Hey

I have the same phone and like your idea. Did you ever find a way to do this?

I do have these sounds although I can't remember where I got them. I use them on my Smartphone. Sounds great to here the communicator sound from the original 60s Startrek when I make and end a call. The only thing I can find for you is this:

http://www.barbneal.com/trekmisc.asp »

Go luck in your search and live long and prosper.
