I have this phone coming in the next few days and I am prepping for the onslaught of new accessories. I am looking at the memory on the Nokia site and it looks like normal SD memory and its pretty expensive, if there is a place where you can get it cheaper, or if you have this and upgraded via SD could you please help me a bit. Much appreciated.

if you do ebay, its probably the cheapest, you can usually find them on sale at circuit city, best buy, compusa, etc. if you live near a good size city... if not then walmart, kmart, sams, target, etc. usually has them for a decent price... i e-mailed nokia about the memory capacity on the 6230 and the 6620 and they said the max for those two is 256mb...i guess the 3620 is either that or 128mb... if you e-mail nokia they will respond to you really quick

The most Nokia officially states this phone will support is up to a 128mb MMC, but I've heard you can shove even more in there.
