how do access mobile hotspot on this phone?

Depending on what service you have I'm thinking you will have to root your phone to create a Mobile HotSpot. I have already rooted my Galaxy Express. This is a great phone but now its running on a different level. If you are interested carl55 respond to this I have the notify checked and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
