Okay, this is coming from someone who works with wireless phones on a DAILY basis, this wireless phone is far from decent. The phone has a perpetual problem with downloading and it also has an even more serious problem with the programming. It has a tendancy to reset its programmign spontaneously and without notice. This phone is hightly discouraged.
