Upgradability of OS

I'm curious about this device as a replacement for my HTC TP2 running WM 6.5.

Is the ZTE Render's WM 7.5 Tango 2 OS upgradable to the upcoming WM 7.8 release?

For that matter is the WM OS in the HTC 7 Pro upgradable to WM 7.8?
