Samsung SGH-E715

screen going bad

Does anyone have any issues with this E715 phone? My color display is looking funny... it looks like it's fading and there are all these fading hirzontal lines going across the screen...

Yes!!! This is happening to me too. The screen is all faded and I have those same line going thru my screen. I called T-mobile and they are going to send me another one. Just dial 611 from your headset to get customer service.

😳 Mines is TOO! Sometimes the color look regular, and then it changes to a faded look, with white horizontal lines in the background. I told Samsung this and they said that they have no known issues with this. They want me to pay $65.00 to fix it, SINCE I am past my warranty period. I bought my phone in Nov. 2003 when it first came out.

I've had the same issue. I did a handset exchange and the second device's screen did the same thing again. I am on number three (exchanged for a blotchy camera this time). We'll see what happens.
