if you want to change the contact position number (from mobile, to home, etc), you can do it ONLY with the data cable and easyGPRS and you can do it in there.....for those who did not know or were complaining about that, i hope that helps people that did not already know about this, and if anyone wants to get the OEM data cable cheap....do it EBAY, $15 will get you an OEM cable w/ CD, and if you have an older version of the software just make sure you update the software thru the easyGPRS update

I CAN PROVIDE YOU GUYS A BETTER SOLUTION, THIS DATA KIT IS REALLY AWESOME, MA-8220 FOR SAMSUNG E715, COMES WITH MORE FEATURES THAN ANY OTHER DATA CABLE WITH SOFTWARE, AND ALSO THE PRICE IS CHEAPER TOO! YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT YOURSELF IF YOU NEED A DATA KIT THOUGH...THE PACKAGE IS CALLED HANDSET MANAGER DATA KIT IF I AM NOT WRONG, IT IS A PRODUCT THAT IS MADE IN TAIWAN.

NO, it is not cheaper than 15, the one I paid was us$29 per kit. Comes with about 10 features, and the image editor function is just like a photoshop function! Besides that, I can change to 128 diffeent instruments for my ringtones! I had my original samsung cable and easyGPRS software too, but the features are a bit low end compare to this handset manage data kit.

um.....i have photoshop, i have PSM player, and yamaha SMAF, i have all the programs already on my puter to do what that does

I am surprised that you can use your photoshop to manage your phonebook and sync your calendar with your PC... and I am also surprised that you can use photoshop or yamaha SMAF to create ringtones in 128 different instruments for your cellular phone....very very surprised! I guess my data management kit is a crap to you, however, I paid US$ 29 to get this kit, it is better than any other kit I've seen in compusa.

yeah, be shocked and amazed, i can do more with other programs that are avalible for free on the net then the program that you paid $29 for....BTW compUSA does not sell the samsung cable in my area 😳
