👿 I totally agree! I have to tried to call the people at Sprint PCS but all they tell me is THEY don't know when new phones are coming out. That's BS! I am going to use the new number portability to see if they are going to start to offer this new phone. I need this new phone! I only carry brick phones and my Sanyo SCP-4000 is damn near dead!

Will let you know if any info turns up!
Peace

No they do not know. At least not the guy YOU are allowed to talk to. If you could talk to someone in the Press release dept, or whatever, he may be able to tell you. Ususlly this stuff is kept secret until the phone ships.

I can tell you this...

go to this site and look at all the Asia Pacific Phones.

the 6225 is listed as coming soon (even) in the asia pacific market.

So based on that, i do not know if it will be available in US by the end of the year as expected.

By the way, i really want that phone also. I am ready to leave ATT wireless so the sooner the better. I only get Nokia Phones, and so far nokia does not make anything nice for Verizon or Sprint.

We all saw what verizon did with the Nokia 3586i and turned it into the 3589i custom built for verizon. So who knows...maybe they'll do the same or something similar with the 6225. We can only hope!
