I've found this is an issue with most 1080p video. The flip camera and other dedicated HD recorders have a similar issue at 1080p. I've asked others about this and apparently most people don't notice, but certain people are more sensitive to visual issues like that. It happens to make me nauseous unfortunately I've found that usually lowering to 720p takes away a lot of that though.
