The biggest concern I have is the "We will send out an upgrade for Global functionality". Yeah, just like the ICS upgrades they sent out for the Thunderbolt and Bionic!!! The technology changes so fast, they will never spend one minute longer than they have to on older handsets. The rule of thumb seems to be you get what you get when the phone is purchased. The only upgrades I have seen are software bug fixes and performance improvements.
