You can always purchase this phone on ebay or from some other GSM company who buys GSM phones directly from the factory unlocked. I have ATT GSM and I do it all the time. I have gotten quite a few phones from CHicago and New York. I have even purchased some from eBay. Make sure who you deal with is reputable. I even sell quite a few GSM model phones on eBay myself.
