Zoom feature turned off??

Does anybody else's T-Mobile D415 have the zoom feature on the camera turned off? When I press the right key nothing happens. The magnifying glass icon and the right arrow are both grayed out. It seems T-Mobile has turned the zoom feature off for some reason. It works fine on the video just not the still camera. Any help??

when u r in the camera option...simply press the left {directional} key and you will adjust the zoom
...

When your in camera mode and your seeing the object in front of the camera thru the screen, click the "options" soft key, go down to "photo size" click the "select" soft key. The go to "QVGA(320x240)" And select it! Then your zoom feature will be on. The reason it doesn't work on the largest photo size is b/c samsung made the hardware on the phone to work w/),& Mobile(176x160)" photo size. So "QVGA" being the largest photo size to work w/zoom and "Mobile" being the smallest photo size that works w/zoom. By the way with "Mobile" photo size as your selection you can zoom in twice but it will be fuzzy. Also everytime you turn off your phone it will reset back to the largest photo size "VGA" which doesn't work w/zoom. You have to do the photo s...
