HELP ME!!!

I just got unlocked sgh-d410 and I don't know why the phone doesn't get any signals. Did I do something wrong? All I did was put the sim card on the back and turned it on. Thank you.

You may want to check the frequency and make sure that it is set to 1900mhz as the phone may not automatically change the setting. Also, try doing a manual search for the network.
