i would like to know what is going to happen to AT&T wireless customer care when the merger is final. Will their customer base automatically be transfered over to Cingulars system. And if that is the case then their wait time is going to be extremly high. Where will it put customer care reps ?????
I am a ATT Care rep and this merger like others I've seen will likely have little effect the service for about a year or so. but if there are better offers once the merger takes place you will be able take advantage of them.
Don't bother calling into ATT or Cingular about details, there are none available until after the merger is approved. Remember what happened to Martha Stewart!
