Do you like the OS of the EVO?
If so, you'll likely detest the Apple.
Do you currently use Double Twist?
If not, go give ti a try for a month. It's as close to iTunes as you can get. Please remember that you'll be spending a lot of your time in iTunes.
Do you like the ability to just drag & drop a file on to your machine when it's cabled in to a computer? If so, you'll likely hate iTunes because it's a PITA.
(For example, my wife has an iPad. To put a movie on it, you have to log in to iTunes, sync your device, then go into the specific app's settings and then copy the file over, then you have to sync again. Fun!)
Do you like widgets? I do, so I get annoyed by the screen.
Is 4" a big enough screen for you? You'll only be losing .3", so it might be.
There are a lot of negatives, and IMHO, few positives (They do exist) to moving from Android to Apple. But I'm the type who likes to do things his own way. Apple is very big on doing things THEIR way. If you can modify your usage behavior to conform, it might be the right device for you.
