Will it have 802.11ac wireless radio?

I read that the Snapdragon S4 (MSM8960) has an 802.11ac "module available"... but does that mean that it's necessarily always included in all phones with an S4?

Got an email back from HTC basically saying "we haven't announced whether it will have 802.11ac functionality".
