The Inc 4G is available now and the subsidized cost is $149.99, not $299 as some thought. I've been using the Inc 2 since last year and I see the new 4G Inc as an incremental upgrade - dual core processor, LTE support, ICS and Sense 4. That's all good, but unfortunately doesn't stand up well against the competition, in particular the Galaxy S III. For only $50 more the GS III offers a larger screen and faster CPU. Some folks might want the Inc 4G because they don't want a bigger phone, but other than that it's not too appealing at this price point.
