No problems with it at all and I've had droids since they began coming out...At first with droids I did have to pull the battery a lot (but I also had to with Palms and Windows phones before Droids)...Since the Bionic though it's been pretty rare that I've had to. I did have one razr that had issues (VZW replaced it) and I had to do it on that one a few times, even then it didn't have a problem; just reset and came back up.
Seriously, if that's your primary concern, get it as that shouldn't be a concern at all.
