I have had the same problem! About a year ago my phone died for good with all my pics and contact info in it 
I never did figure out how to get the pics to my pc, but then i never tried.
Does anyone know that this $125 will definitely work, or is it one of those deals where they don't guarantee that they can fix it, or even get your data out, but you have to pay the $125 anyway?
This was a great quad band phone and I'd use it again if I can get it fixed and then unlock it. Appreciate any knowledge about this... thanks!
