Samsung SCH-A670

Get It Now problems

I have the a670 on EasyPay, and I can't get the Get It Now to work. Whenever I try to download anything, it says "Install failed (1281)". I've reset the phone, reprogrammed, even had a software flash, but it still won't work. Has anyone run into this, and if so, how can it be fixed?
