480 x 800 resolution is old news
Mr. LG, 480 x 800 is long past due. In you don't know, we're even past the 540 x 960 too. It's HD now-a-days. Please catch up in order to be a bit more competitive.

But for a first time smartphone user, like myself, it's perfectly fine. Reviews give the screen a thumbs up despite the 480x800 resolution. And it's going to be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich--at least on Verizon it is, where I just ordered mine. Plus, of course, it's free with new account or 2 year upgrade.
But hey, if you want to get the latest and greatest at $299 or whatever they're charging. Be our guest.
