Motorola V500 / V525 / V505

Unlocking my V505

I just switched to Cingular from AT&T and I'd love to have my V505 or V600 as a back up phone, does anyone know the unlock code for either phone or does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks for any help anyone can give me
