Unlocking my V505

hydroplane

May 5, 2005, 12:55 PM
I just switched to Cingular from AT&T and I'd love to have my V505 or V600 as a back up phone, does anyone know the unlock code for either phone or does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks for any help anyone can give me 🙂

it varies from phone to phone. its an alogorithm based on your IMEI, i've heard of sites such as libertygsm.com will do it for you for under $25, but I've never tried it myself as unlocking is not an issue with me.

Try this site. I used them in the past, it's all via email- no waiting. Price was cheap, i think about $4-$5

I have a V505 (dead for right now), but you can't unlock that phone using a code. Its either hardware unlock (which I can do for you if you like) or remote. All of the Trips require this (V30x, V40x, V50x, V52x, V60x). I can unlock them all of interested.
