yes the web site listed by silverdragon129 works. http://www.wapstranky.cz/java.php?type=10

although it took me a while I was able to navigate the site and upload my mp3

To download to my phone I simply emailed myself with the link provided by the wepstranky website. I then had to go into the email menu and choose "goto" option on the phone. The phone then navigated to the link and automatically downloaded the mp3.
