I you have web access from the phone and have a place where you can post them online; then you can use use mp3's that you create, then download them with the phone. Same with wallpapers.
I've created a number of ring tones from mp3 files using 32kbps 32,000hz mono mp3. They are all under 100k.
I'm more than happy to host the files for you (or anyone) so that you can get to them with your phone.

your offer seems like a very sweet one indeed. 🙂 one question though....what do you use to downsample your mp3's to 32 kbps? I used to use Advanced WMA Workshop, but that went a little screwy and now the lowest I can go is only 64 kbps. 😕
