I'm attempting to create phonebook contacts with multiple numbers, but whenever I add on another number, it creates a duplicate contact with the same name and 2nd number! Am I doing something wrong?

If I'm reading this correctly, it may be because you are saving the numbers to the sim instead of the phone. ( this fixed my issue )

I have the same problem, I think its in the software. I have an icon next to each duplicate showing either home, work, main, or mobile. Theres really nothing else you can do. Its a pain cuz the phone book can get huge!

Hi
All you need to do is to go to your phonebook/Setup and set View to Primary Contacts instead of all.

When you are entering numbers and want to add more information, hit the "more" key and it will allow you to add additional information. This will eliminate the problem of duplicate contacts.
