I worked at T-Mobile before and have heard of this issue coming up. I've had the phone for like a year and 2 months, and now I can't hear anything out of the actual phone (dialing numbers, when on the phone, etc). I have to plug in my earpiece or put it on speakerphone.
Is there a fix for this? I tried resetting it. No luck. Can I take it somewhere to get repaired or something? My warranty is up with T-Mobile, and I have so much stuff on it (ringtones, games)...
