In order to get Hi-Fi ringers you have to have a contract. I just bought a moto V300 for prepaid, but I used my SIM card for it instead of prepaid. I asked the Customer service rep and she said that prapaid accounts can only download wallpapers and regular ringtones. So if you want them, then sign a one year agreement, get a free phone and use that SIM card in your moto V300. Good luck!
p.s. a good plan to get is the Basic plus plan if you don't use your phone a lot. it gies you 300 daytime minutes and unlimited weekend minutes all for just 29.99 a month.
