picture caller id
I just got this phone today, and was really looking forward to the picture caller id.
If the phone is OPEN and I receive a call, the picture shows up.
If the phone is CLOSED and I open the phone, the picture isn't showing up.
If you have a picture assigned to a number, and your phone is closed when it rings, can you make that picture show up when you open the phone?

Guess what man, I tried it myself, with the phone CLOSED and I get a call, I open it and it shows the picture of the person assigned to the number in my phonebook. Go get a the phone swapped if you can still.

I just got this phone, and I was browsing through the features. Do you have your phone set on auto answer, because if you do, then that means when you open up your phone when it rings, it automatically answers. Turn the feature off, and then see if that alleviates the problem.
