If the battery can't be removed then how does the user reset the phone? I can't count the number of times I've had to remove the battery on my Droid X ... getting GPS to work requires a battery pull more often than I would prefer.

Beyond that, I've read several references regarding the reduction of a Li battery's ability to hold a charge after one year. What then - ship it off to Moto for a new battery, throw the phone away, live with a shorter charge cycle?
