im sorry to hear bout your experience i had rather opposite experience i had a blackberry curve that started out @60$ a month i got my bill down to 50$ but when i called the automated service still told me my bill was 55$ so i called &talked to a live representative &he told me i had 1 more payment to go before my bill dropped i said no i done paid my bill up this month it suppose to drop so he checked &came back &said sir your 100% right so be switched it from 55$ to 50$ instantly no hassle what so ever then a couple nights ago i bought the zte warp ( that's the phone in using now ) had my plan switched from blackberry 60$ to zte warp 55$ &i done

shrunk 2 payments so now my bill on the warp is 45$ so far i love this phone my internet worked soon as i switched phones its 3G but its fast &yes your right about the buttons they do feel cheap but buy a cover &screen protector eliminates that any touchscreen will get smeary lol if it wasn't for this phone i would probably have the galaxy S2 by now but i don't want no big 2yr contract lingering over my head in satisfied where in at the phone is copastatic everything is wrkng fine done dwnloaded my opera browser YouTube plays good even with a low signal hope this helps
