While I absolutely understand & agree with u that HSPA+, even with backhaul IS NOT LTE 4G, on ATT webpage where the phone is listed for sale, @ the bottom of the detailed info, where it shows HSPA+, it also shows, HSPA+/LTE. I DO NOT believe it is LTE capable actually, but it DOES list it. Also it still shows only 3 hrs. talk time, which should b 8 hrs. So either a TYPO or ATT's accidental attempt to sell more phones, I vote for the later. FreddieBoy
