Treo 600 vs. V710...Help

I currently have a v710, and have had it for about a month and a half. I am on my fourth one because of one problem or another. Verizon has agreed to allow me to trade it in on another phone. I love the idea of the treo and consolidating my pda and cell. I have a concern on whether I am making the right decision. A couple issues are:

- the size of the key pad.
- speed dial
- can you assign personal ringtones to contacts?
- Reception
- I prefer to keep my phone in my pocket instead of looking like a cellphone gunslinger. Will I run into problems that way?

And finally, are there anythings that I should be wary of by moving to the Treo?

Help Please!!!!!

I've had a Treo 600 for several months now - the keypad works pretty well holding with both hands and using thumbs. Speed dial works by setting up favorites - so holding one key can trigger speed dial (no voice activated dialing built in to the 600). Reception is good but this is digital only device so in DC area where we live all the digital only cells sometimes drop calls like the old digital/analog ones didn't. I carry my Treo in my suit pocket during the day (and on belt only on weekends) and the vibrate with ring works fine to alert to calls.

Above all, I love having pda and cell in one device and will hold onto this one - at least until VZW finally adds the Treo 650.
