Nokia 3100 / 3120
Group Ring Tones
Anyone know if you can set different ringtones for different groups? I could with my 3595 but can't seem to figure out if I can on the 3120. The documentation seems to indicate that you can only flag groups that will make the phone ring

I am a Cingular agent and had a customer come in with a 3120. There is an option to save different ring tones for different caller groups, but for some reason it does not work. I tried it on 4 different phones, all of which gave me the option to change the caller group ringtone, but would never save the ringtone I selected. I tried Nokia Cistomer Support and they were of no help at all and suggested I call a Tech, they would also not give me a number to a tech rather said look it up for yourself on-line..... Anyone know anything about this issue?
