I had my Nokia 6600 for about 2 months now. I haven't had any trouble with it. Just take a little time to get use to it and learn all its feature. I think u just got a defective phone i assume. I would adv you to send the phone back to get a NEW one, just make sure u do it before 30 DAYS or u will have to do the replacement through insurance (if you have it ) or Warranty.
