Bad news is you bought from Walmart. Lets hope your account survives. and God Forbid you need any help with your account / features if they did mess it up. When will People learn that Buying from other locations other than Core stores only hurts you. There is a reason for their Discounts. Gotta try and bring people in somehow, since they don't know what they are doing as far as accounts are concerned.
