There is HDMI-output on the EVO 3D.
You just have to purchase an MHL adaptor. What it is, it's an adaptor that has an HDMI and a micro-USB output so you can watch and charge the phone at the same time.
Also to answer the original question, yes. The EVO 3D does mirror everything onto a TV when you connect it via HDMI.
